Accessibility

Last updated 11 September 2026

We want wiganwetbelts.co.uk to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we have done and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

What we have done

• Text and background colours chosen for readable contrast in both light and dark modes.
• Visible keyboard focus outlines so the site can be used without a mouse.
• Labels on every form field, with clear inline error messages.
• Descriptive alternative text on images, and a logical heading structure.
• Support for reduced motion, so animations are minimised if your device requests it.
• A layout that works down to small mobile screens.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is something we keep improving. We are continuing to check colour contrast in light mode and full keyboard operation of the booking calendar. If you spot an area that could be better, we would like to hear about it.

Getting help or reporting a problem

If any part of the site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, contact us on 01942 800252 or wiganwetbelts@gmail.com and we will help. You are always welcome to call the workshop directly to arrange a quote or booking instead of using the website.
